Also, the fun fact is it can be used for Humans too.  Now, imagine a Rotten Human. It's nasty and yuck. Even Imagination can give you puckish and bad stuff. Getting it real is so...

That's something interesting isn't it.  Let's take another instance: Have you ever observed you've picked up your phone, glanced at clock and it's 11:11.  Now talking about these repeating numerals, they're known as Angelic Numerals. When we begin the process of manifestation if these ...

WAXING AND WANING

Moon and XXVII Wives Picture Courtesy: Photo by Brittani Burns on Unsplash The concept of constellations in the Hindu religion is the most important and illustrative concept which explains a lot about other factors.  The Chandra (Moon) has 27 wives [27  Nakshatras (constellations)]. According to Hindu astrology & mythological references, Daksha Prajapati had created these 27 wives of the moon and are called daughters of Kashyap. The famous spiel says that the Moon was much biased towards Rohini (one out of 27 Nakshatras). She was his favorite wife & he spent a lot of time with her. That resulted in ignorance for the rest of them. Daksha Prajapati had lost his calm by this bias & hence cursed the Moon that he will slowly perish & lose all his splendour. Basically, in other words he'll lose the shine and glory that he radiates all the time. Moon got utterly shocked by this because that was the ultimate attribute for him.  Later on, Moon along with his wife ...

YOU KNOW WHAT!

Image
Photo by Ben White on Unsplash Have you ever said these phrases to someone and they've not responded to it.  How should I know? Who cares? Are you serious? To much amazement, these are not even meant to be answered. These types of questions are placed under Rhetorical Questions.   Rhetorical Questions can be defined as, “that's asked merely for effect with no answer expected OR a rhetorical question is a question someone asks without expecting an answer. It's used as a persuasive device.”  Examples of Rhetorical Questions: What was I supposed to do ? Do you think I am inhuman? Who do you think you are?  What do you think of yourself?  Are you kidding? Do you think you're really going to wear that? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Accismus : Accismus, a form of irony in which a person feigns indifference to or pretends to refuse something he or she desires. ABOVE AND UNBOUND: HIMANI

“The family is one of nature's masterpieces.” – George Santayana. We totally agree to this and we also are agreeing to each and everything explained with much grace and beauty in this write up. Now we will peep into another point of view. What she had to say about family.  According to the internet, family is all the descendants of a common ancestor, but this line is not enough to define what exactly a family is. Everyone has their own view of family, and so do I. Family is not just the people you grow with but the people who support you in every phase of life no matter good or bad. You work hard and put in every effort you can to keep someone safe and happy, they mean the world to you, their smile motivates you to work harder and gives you a whole lot of satisfaction. We can be far in terms of distance but never from the heart, falling asleep well at night imagining in mind their faces with smiles, that’s what family is. It is not just the people with whom you have be...

FAMILY SHOULD NOT! : MAYANK

Well moving out of the stream is the one thing that you can surely read in this write-up. Basically family is the crucial part besides that sometimes in the sense of becoming perfectionist they lose the league where children taught them what's actually meant to be true. Let's read the point of view of what a family should not do.    Generation gap does really exist. Thinking is different. When it comes to career or dreams, families should not give everything a child demands  and decide what their child will do when he/she will grow up.  a family should not run before giving their child everything as they can lose the shine of a diamond which they already have because of that their ward can be a spoilt brat. They should not guide each and everything on even small steps in their life and force their child to do as they say. Studies tell children only learn till age of twelve from their family. As per my analysis. Around me, the family who guide their children and ...

Family (n); People who found me: GARIMA G

Indeed, the multifarious version we are getting of family but i will make it sure after reading this you will be definitely diving deep into searching the better meanings for what exactly means. Let’s go and read.  Family (n): People who found me. If you ask what family means to me, I'll probably think for a moment too long; long enough to make you feel disgruntled with the pause, because surely, it's not that difficult to come up with what seems like the most seemingly logical answer? ; but I'll answer it, in due time.  The truth is, family is everything that rests beneath my heart, tucked within my rib cage. family is my sister knowing what I feel, before I can undo the knot of emotions myself. family is my parents hugging me just a little bit longer, before I leave for the dorms. That is family, yes. But family is a little more than blood.  Family is also a choice, the homes we build in our heart for the people who take up a permanent residence there. Family is ...

FAMILY SYNONYMOUS TO ETHICS: PRERNA

Flowing of the beautiful words from Escritoire. Another beautiful piece written with a heart full of affection and nostalgia. You will definitely can relate a lot to the moments. That's how we had spent our years. By not wasting a single moment, here we go!  Family words hold different meanings for every single person. For some family means mom dad sis bro, for others family means grandparents too and for some others family includes every single person in their day to day life including driver, gardener, cook etc. It really depends on the people. But for me family means a bond, a bond for which you don't need any blood related proof. For me, family is where I started my roots, my morals, my inspiration, my everything. Family doesn't mean the counting of heads at the dining table, it's about the ethics, rituals and the traditions we share, the memories we create.  If someone would have asked about two years before that if you imagine yourself sitting at your home no scho...

FAM(ILY): PRANJAL S

Initiating with one great thing about this, write up its plain and effective. It really puts you all in a zone where you can share comfort with yourself. The words are so touching and gracious. Here we are setting up for reading the point of view.   Family, what does family mean to us? One single word - Everything ! Let's not believe that only blood relatives or In-law's family are family. For me family is whoever I can depend on for support, to laugh with, to play with, and to share the challenges and rewards of life with.” We've been spending most of our days with our extended family, say friends, teachers, co-workers, mentors, online friends or any other. Yes it is definitely hard to find people who want the best for you without any ulterior motives. However, once you do, you know these people are gonna stay with us no matter what. After all family is where we get All time Support, Sense of Security, Unconditional Love and above all you never feel alone. Wherever you are...

ZERO TO HERO: KHYATI S

Well Cortisol, Endorphin and Dopamine are self explanatory for the writer’s introduction. Though the point of view she had presented had given a big smile on our faces. This write-up is solely full of emotions and bonding she shared with her family. Without wasting any second let’s bump into the next part.    "My Family is my forever love" "My Family is my Endorphin & Dopamine who are always ready to save me from adrenaline  and cortisol.”    It's not easy for me to define what family is.  May be a place where I can be myself  without any hesitation. I t's a wonderful  feeling which I have in me that how blessed am I. Family is that medicine which you can't find at any store or can't buy with your millions. Family is the top  most treatment for all our obstacles. Parents are that " Char Dham Yatra " which people do to get salvation. I don't  even have words to express how I feel about my most precious Family. What I am today and...

FAMILY aka INTEGRATION CONSTANT: YATIKA K

Family is not just a word, it's an emotion which bounds each one of us together. The actual meaning of love, compatibility and sense of belongingness we learn from our family. Now it's a time to hear the point of view from a person who is extremely close to her family. She is a person full of enthusiasm and affection. She stands by her opinion and she is a happy go lucky fella. Let’s commence with her opinion on what exactly family means to her.  “Family is no doubt the most crucial part of my life. Right from the day I was born, it's the family which was there to support me, nourish me with love and care. They also prepare me for everything that I will have to face in life. If my life is an integration equation, then my family is the happiness constant that is always needed to be added to complete the equation. Even when I lose faith in everything & start doubting myself, it's my family who got my back & they always  stick to my side no matter what. So it's...

"Ashta Siddhi & Nav Nidhi" : Let's make it simple!

Image
Quite a times we had gone through Hanuman Chalisa and we have read a line called:  अष्ट सिद्धि नव निधि के दाता  What does that exactly mean? Have you ever paid attention to that?  Well before telling nuances of that I would like to tell you a lil about the verses from which it had been derived:  According to Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran  There exist Eighteen eminent mystical powers or perfections. Eight of them are within the Lord itself and rest can originate from the quality. Now the curiosity is about what exactly are those perfections.  Basically, the literal meaning of them can be dictated as 'Siddhi'.  In order to make it simpler for you all:  Formulation for the Siddhi is addition of Perfectionism and Establishment. If you want Siddhi then you should be perfect and established.  By being Perfect we mean having all the desired elements or characteristics and on other hand by Establish we mean set up on permanent basis.  So, Sid...

Ballerina's Fling: Seven Eight Nine

A note from the most famous Ballerina of St. Irwin's College of Business and Commerce. She's gorgeous, damn good in her skill, the sole crush of each guy, spoiled, ambitious and quite good in academics. She knew how to get the work done either by hook or by crook.  Her family had supported her in every single decision of her life. Well, you're surely getting a picture in your mind of Alia 'Shanaya' from SOTY. But no, she dumb of a kind and behaves to be sophisticated.  Well, the note says:  Hey Love! Why you're the shit of my life wrapped in gold foil. The love which I did to the moon and back now is a pure moon full of flaws. Where were the flaws earlier? Bwahh... Which concealer you used because you concealed them so well. That's surely my thing. I loved the perfect. Now it's just LOEV or LUOV, I don't even know exactly. Dots from her note: She had bitterness for her ex, breakup, her relationship doesn't work out, her bad experience, her being ...

Holy Moly Miracle

Holy Moly Miracle  . . . For sure my story is not one which has a certain Emotional Quotient (EQ) but still it has something which gonna raise one's morale and I am writing for that. Disclaimer: It's only meant for motivational intent. Here written achievements are not that much big but contribute a lot in achieving big. Here, No Self Portrayal is the motive of this story.   Well, we all are familiar with the story of Ram Setu and how it was built. Basically all the small stones, pebbles, rocks yada yada collectively put together to make that colossal bridge. Similar to that, small events of my journey changed my life.   I have been quite tilted towards my creative side of persona since childhood. The kitten I've drawn was my first art though it looks like gibberish pencil strokes trying harder to form a shape of a cat's baby. But still I've nomenclature for that kitten painting as "Junior Bravo ''. In Second standard we've assigned a few charts to ...
